The certificates for cels from this episode all say "Know No Fear", but the ep. is actually entitled "Never Fear" if you watch it.
I've been looking for this cel for some time and it kept eluding me. I thrilled to finally have it in my possession. Scarecrow turns to face Batman in a very smoothly animated sequence...it looked very chilling. Key Master Set UP!! It had been put together with part of the background in front (see 'sketch' picture) so I had to re-arrange it.
